Recipe Girl has posted an entire Cinco de Mayo menu that looks just great!
1 cup lite Mayonnaise
8 ounces lite Cream Cheese
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 small can diced jalapeno
1 small can diced green chili's
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
Chopped green onion and cilantro for garnishIn a large bowl mix all ingredients. Place in a large Pyrex pie dish. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
