Mom's "Bean Salad" Recipe


2 cans Cut Green Beans, drained
2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans Wax Beans, drained
1 can Garbonzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 small can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 can small Pitted Ripe Olives, drained
2- 15 oz. jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1- 4 oz jar pimentos
4 Tbsp Capers
2 medium onions, thinly sliced

DRESSING
1/2 cup Tarragon Vinegar
2-1/2 tsp Accent (optional)
1-1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Fines Herbs
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
